Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views over the Shotover River and just 6 kms drive into downtown Queenstown where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Very private and quiet. Only 3 mins drive to the Coronet Peak road. Our home has everything to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.

The Space
Our home is modern and spacious, with an open plan in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Our home has two large and comfortable bedrooms, both with built in closets…a perfect holiday retreat for families or two couples.

You will absolutely love watching the gorgeous colours change throughout the day over the mountains and the Shotover river as the sun rises and sets. The views are truly spectacular! The Shotover River is one of NZ’s most famous rivers and you will love walking down and strolling along the river or along the top of the ridge overlooking the mountains and river. There are so many hiking trails all within walking distance of our house… along with many local attractions and activities, including the Onsen hot pools and massage centre, bowling alley, cafes, pub, and Coronet Peak Ski Field, all within less than 3 kms from our house.

Queenstown is a quick 6 km drive away where you can see all the amazing world famous attractions, shops and fabulous restaurants that are on offer. You’ll be drenched in sunshine year round. Our house is extremely private and peaceful as it backs onto a natural forest. Curl up on the outdoor sofa while you sit and sip on a delicious glass of local NZ wine.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home with high quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality pillows for all beds.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. We can provide a baby bath, portacot and high chair at no charge, but you must let us know when you book the accommodation or at least 3 days before you arrive. Otherwise a charge of $50 will be charged to bring the items out to your house. A maximum of 4 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please note: There is a four bedroom house attached to this apartment which is also rented on Airbnb. So, if you have a larger group and require an additional 4 bedrooms, you may wish to rent that house too (subject to availability).

The house and the apartment are very private from each other and the other guests will not disturb you during your stay. There is a separate entrance to the house on the left side of the garage. The entrance to this apartment is down the right side of the garage, so nowhere near your front entrance. They have their own private outdoor area too. They will share the outdoor driveway to park their car.

Please note: Between Dec 23-Jan 2 of each year, there is a minimum of 3 nights booking required.
