Welcome to our beautiful brand new home, which is perfectly located for the best World-Class views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.

The Space
Our home is brand new (Dec 2022) and is very modern. It’s cozy, yet feels very spacious with two generous bedrooms and super king beds, both of which can be split into singles… so you can have four separate single beds, or two singles and a super king bed, or two super king beds.

The views are simply world-class. There’s no other way of saying it. Perfect, uninterrupted views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu… yet walking distance (800 m) into downtown Queenstown, the “Adventure Capital of the World!”. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change througout the day over the mountains and the lake as the sun rises and sets. Relax after a day skiing or hiking, or sit and the luxurious leather chairs or sofa while you sip a delicious glass of amazing local New Zealand wine.

Please note: by default, the single beds in one bedroom will be made up as a super king bed, and as singles in the other bedroom. You must inform us at least three days before you check in if you want the beds made up into a different configuration. If you want us to reconfigure the beds after you have already arrived, there will be a charge of $50 per bed changed due to the cost of the linen and cleaner’s time. A portable cot and high chair are available on request at no additional charge, but once again, you must inform us at least 3 days before you check in.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-star hotel grade linen and towels, along with high quality pillows for all beds.

Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking indoors. A maximum of four guests are allowed. At least one of the guests must be over the age of 25.

We have an identical 2 bedroom house to this one right next door, with the exact same dimensions, size, finish and furniture… ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together, yet have privacy as well. We also have a three bedroom house right next door too… It has the exact same fantastic views and sleeps 6 people, though it has different, yet similar furniture in the living and dining room.

Amenities include: Crockery, cutlery, hair dryer, high quality bed linen and towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, internet connected flat screen tv, microwave, smoothie blender, toaster, heating, air conditioner, high speed fibre internet access, dedicated parking space for one car, abundance of off street parking also available. Suitable for children.
