Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.

The Space
Our home is cozy and warm, with an open plan dining and living room, and three comfortable bedrooms… a perfect holiday retreat for families, couples or groups.

You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. Relax in the comfy lounge after a day of skiing or hiking, sipping a lovely glass of wine while you take in the world class views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The house has three cozy bedrooms, all with heaters and high quality mattresses. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to form a super king size bed. You must notify us at least 3 days before you check in if you want to have the beds zipped together… they will be set up as two singles unless you request them to be in super king form. The 3rd bedroom has a double size mattress.

Please note: The deck no longer exists. The sliding door still opens, but now there’s a glass panel preventing you from walking out.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home with hotel grade, high quality linen and towels, along with high quality mattresses and pillows.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. Children are welcome. We can provide a cot, high chair and baby bath at no additional cost, but these must be requested at least a few days before you check in. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. The guest making the booking must be over the age of 25.

Amenities include: Crockery, cutlery, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, high quality bed linen, towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, internet connected 55 inch TV, Microwave, Smoothie blender, toaster, heating, air conditioning, high speed fibre internet wi-fi, car parking for two cars.
