Situated at the top of Fernhill (only a 5 minute drive to the lake and CBD), with absolutely stunning views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain ranges. Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.

The Space
Welcome to your beautiful and newly renovated four-bedroom, three- bathroom home away from home!

The floor to ceiling windows frame the most jaw-dropping views of Queenstown. The property features a large open plan lounge, beautiful garden with outdoor spa, outdoor fireplace , BBQ & outdoor dining area. Relax after a busy day of skiing or hiking in the gorgeous big spa. (Please note: there is a gas fireplace in the lounge, this is just a feature and is not in use, there are two heat pumps and heaters throughout the house)

A front balcony is connected to the kitchen and dining area providing a further outdoor option with stunning lake views. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. The four huge bedrooms all feature two single beds which can be zipped together into super king beds. So you can have the house with one super king and six singles, or, by default, two super kings and four single, or three super kings and two singles, or eight singles. The choice is yours.

The master bedroom and bedroom 4 both have ensuite bathrooms. These two bedrooms will have the beds set up as super Kings as default. The two other bedrooms have the beds set up as singles by default.

Please note: you must tell us at least 3 days before you check in if you want the beds in the master bedroom or bedroom 4 split into singles, or if you want the other two bedrooms set up with the beds as super kings.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

We can provide a baby bath, port-a-cot and high chair at no charge, but you must let us know when you book the accommodation or at least 3 days before you arrive. Otherwise a charge of $50 will be charged to bring the items out to your house. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please note: There is a 3 night minimum booking period over the Christmas to New Years period from Dec 23 to Jan 2.
