Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town (8-10 minutes walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful!

The Space
Our home is comfy, cozy and modern. It was renovated in December 2022 and features a lovely open plan design between the living room, dining and kitchen. Enjoy the master bedroom with either a large Super King size bed or request to have the bed split into two separate singles. Bathroom one is adjacent to the master bedroom and features a shower, toilet, basin as well as the clothes washing machine and dryer. On the other side of the house are the two other bedrooms and another bathroom.

Bedroom two features two single beds which can be zipped together into a super king size bed on request. Bedroom three features a bunk bed with two single size beds. The bunk bed frame is a commercial grade steel frame, designed for adults. It is rated to support 100kg per bed (200 kgs max). Between the bedroom two and three is the second bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet and basin. Both bathrooms have heat lamps for warmth. There is a large air conditioning unit (heat pump) in the main living room and each bedroom has additional heaters if required.

The uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range are truly the best you will find in Queenstown. You can enjoy them from most rooms in the house as well as out on the balcony. The house has a level driveway and can accommodate at least three cars. The driveway is reasonably long so can also accommodate larger camper vans. The living room has a 50 inch, internet enabled tv. The house has high speed fibre wi-fi.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it respectfully and responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home and high quality, hotel-grade linen and towels, along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds. We want to ensure that you will have a fabulous and comfortable stay while you’re visiting Queenstown.

Please, no pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors. Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas-New Year period. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Please note: The master bedroom will be set up for the Super King bed. Bedroom two will be set up for two single beds. If you want the master bedroom to be two singles, and or bedroom two to be a super king bed, then you must inform us at least 5 days before check in… If you ask for the beds to be changed in configuration after that then there will be a fee of $100 per bedroom to change the beds.

Baby items: We can provide a high chair, portacot, toddler potty and baby bath upon request at no additional price. Please let us know if you require any or all of these items at least 2 days before you check in.
