Check in closes 30 min before departure time for all activities.
Location: At activities CBD offices or allocated pick up locations.
Transport
Convenient Central Queenstown pick up.

Getting in and out of jet, Vehicle, Helicopter & cruise, must be able to grip hand rail / Minimum height is 120cm
Accessibility
Individuals using wheelchairs may face challenges participating in this activity and is not recommended.
Pregnancy & Babies
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Children
Minimum age 5 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.

The common questions

Cameras are recommended, but carried at your own risk, must be mounted. (At activities discretion.)
Dress for the weather – comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes are a must.
Bring a small backpack with you to hold your belongings.
All trips operate dependent on weather and river levels, a weather check will be required, 1 HR before your time.
