Welcome to our beautiful home which is perfectly located in the residential area of Lower Shotover.
Located 11 kms drive into downtown Queenstown where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops. 6 kms drive to Queenstown airport and 4 kms to Five Mile Shopping Centre. Very private and quiet. Our home has everything to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.
The Space
Our home was built in 2020. It is a very large, modern and spacious, with an open plan and high ceilings in the living areas. Our home has four very large and comfortable bedrooms, all with built in closets and 3 bathrooms…. The house features two large seperate lounge areas and a huge Pool Room. A perfect holiday retreat for families or four couples!
You will absolutely love watching the gorgeous colours change throughout the day over the mountains… There are many hiking & biking trails all within walking distance of our house. Queenstown airport is only a short 10 min drive away and Five Mile Shopping Centre just a 5 minute drive away. The house is perfectly located between both ski fields and a great hub to explore Queenstown/ Arrowtown and the surrounding areas. You’ll be drenched in sunshine year round. Our house is extremely private and peaceful as it backs onto a natural bush.
We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home with high quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality pillows for all beds.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 8 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. There is room for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway, and an abundance of on street parking.
Please note: Between Dec 23-Jan 2 of each year, there is a minimum of 3 nights booking required.
Amenities include: Large bath, Crockery, Cutlery, Ironing Board and Iron, Hair Dryer, High quality Bed Linen, Towels, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, internet connected TVs in the lounge area and in each bedroom. Microwave, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Heating, Air Conditioning, High Speed Fibre Internet Access, Car parking space for two cars, abundance of free off street car parking also available.
